1. Content Ownership & Rights

By uploading content to Malawian, you confirm that:

• You are the original creator of the content, or you have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to distribute it.
• Your content does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party, including copyrights, trademarks, or trade secrets.
• You represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to grant Malawian the rights described in these terms, including distribution and streaming rights for all devices and platforms.

2. License Grant

By uploading content, you grant Malawian a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Host, store, and distribute your content on the Malawian platform and associated applications across all devices, including mobile apps and web.
• Make your content available for streaming and download by users of the platform.
• Use your content for promotional purposes related to the platform.

By uploading content, you represent and warrant you have the legal authority to grant us the rights described here, including distribution and streaming rights for all devices. You retain full ownership of your content. You may request removal of your content at any time by contacting admin@malawian.com.

3. Prohibited Content

You may not upload content that:

• Infringes on the copyrights or intellectual property of others.
• Contains hateful, defamatory, or unlawful material.
• Impersonates another artist or misrepresents authorship.
• Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code.

4. Enforcement

Malawian reserves the right to:

• Remove any content that violates these terms without prior notice.
• Suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly violate these terms.
• Cooperate with law enforcement or rights holders in investigating claims of infringement.

5. Disclaimer

Malawian is a platform for content distribution. We do not claim ownership of user-uploaded content and are not responsible for the accuracy or legality of content uploaded by users. We act in good faith to address reported violations promptly.
