During a planning workshop in Nairobi, the three nations emerged as early leaders in preparing for the new class of vaccines, which could be licensed as early as 2029. To maximise impact, the participating countries agreed to establish technical working groups to guide the integration of the vaccines into national immunization strategies and secure domestic financing.
