Plan International Malawi and its partners released a progress update on July 15 for the CLIMB conservation project. The documentary video details ongoing efforts to protect local forests while supporting rural livelihoods across the Mulanje and Mzimba districts.
According to the update, the program reaches 20,000 people through climate-smart agriculture, beekeeping, forest co-management, and citizen-led environmental monitoring to guide environmental policy. The project is a collaborative effort involving Plan International, the Mulanje Mountain Conservation Trust, Total Landcare, Earthwatch Europe, and Jersey Overseas Aid.
