Chinese Ambassador to Malawi Lu Xu held talks with the Inspector General of the Malawi Police Service, Richard Luhanga, to discuss strengthening bilateral law enforcement cooperation. According to the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Malawi, the March 11 meeting also included Chinese Embassy Counselor Wang Hao and Defense Attaché Colonel Pan Chao.
