Southern Region champions QPL Stars are scheduled to face Central Region champions Mponela FC in the first semifinal. In the second semifinal, Northern Region champions Karonga United Reserves will play Kababa Academy from the Eastern Region. Both matches will take place on March 20, with the final scheduled for March 21 at Champion Stadium in Mponela.
