According to The Daily Times, the application was filed by Eliza Steven, a domestic worker, and the Domestic and Vulnerable Workers Association. The applicants sought to review provisions in the Employment and Pension acts regarding written contracts and mandatory pensions for domestic workers, but the court ruled the current provisions constitutional.
